DZL-A double-stage high-efficiency vacuum oil purifier is mainly used for vacuum filtering treatment process for costly oil, such as clean oil, imported oil, super-pressure transformer oil, insulating oil etc., or for the injection of the oil into the transformer. Since double-stage vacuum raises the vacuum degree of the whole system greatly, it can remove a large quantity of water and gas at a relatively low temperature to avoid the oil deterioration owing to repeated heating, which will maintain the purity of oil and its lubricating and insulating property, and more effectively get rid of moisture, impurities, hydrocarbon gas and dissociating carbon. If connected with regenerators, it can speed up de-acid and de-color process, further reduce the acid value, as well as raise insulation property. The clean oil with the breakdown voltage no less than 25KV can reach 60KV after one treatment of DZL-A double-stage high-efficiency vacuum oil purifier and reach more than 75KV after three times filtering treatment, which can effectively shorten the time for installing and maintaining the transformer.
